HPE's acquisition of Juniper adds meaningful networking capabilities to its AI infrastructure portfolio at a time when enterprise customers are building AI plumbing. Trading around 16x FY26 non-GAAP EPS with $5B AI Systems backlog and strong management discipline from activist involvement, the stock is being re-rated as more than just a legacy hardware vendor.
