Comcast is trading at $21 but fair value is $26-27. The market prices in permanent decline (-5% annually forever) for the cable business, but this ignores that current headwinds are temporary and self-inflicted, with customer losses and pricing pressure hitting a natural floor. A normalized 2026-27 reset with modest decline (-2% to -5% long-term) supports 24-43% upside.
