DXYZ is trading near NAV despite major unrealized gains in Anthropic (up to $1T valuation from $350B), SpaceX (planned $1.75T IPO from $800B), and other high-growth private holdings (Shield AI, Databricks, OpenEvidence, OpenAI). The fund's reported NAV is stale (end 2025) and doesn't reflect these appreciation gains, making the current market price a significant discount to intrinsic value.
