T-mobile, Verizon and AT&T - is the market reaction right?

The market overreacted to SpaceX's satellite news. SpaceX faces years of regulatory hurdles and massive capex requirements, and the economics of direct competition are weak. Partnership makes more strategic sense, and Musk's track record of abandoning projects suggests the telco threat is overstated.

T, VZ, TMUS all are dropping big time. Elon Musk is hyping SpaceX as they head into the share lockup ending. This is 2017 robo taxi all over again.

AT&T is dropping on unfounded hype about SpaceX 5G competition, but fiber and terrestrial networks have insurmountable advantages. The author recommends adding on the dip.
