I just invested $25,000 in... eggs ($VITL)

VITL has fallen 76% from highs due to avian flu fears, but with egg prices down 97% and the situation under control, the stock is undervalued at a P/E of 8.80 with negligible debt. Upcoming food supply constraints from fertilizer shortages and Palantir's USDA partnership suggest eggs will become scarce and valuable again, driving mean reversion as consolidation patterns reverse.
